GRIEVANCE POLICY
Individuals with complaints regarding a particular Walla Walla University workforce development program are strongly encouraged to contact their Workforce Training Specialist for resolution of the matter.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for Walla Walla University will be processed in the following manner: Before the beginning of classes, the student is entitled to a refund of 100% of the tuition. After the commencement of classes, the tuition refund amount shall be determined as follows:
- Within five days of commencement of classes, the student may be refunded 100%
- After 5 days of commencement of classes, no refund is granted.
Note: Commencement of classes for some programs is defined as the first day the student accesses the on-line platform.
